Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to lead the daily operations of the Trauma, Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, Plastic Surgery, and Burn Management practices at our 55 Fruit Street site. Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations for a single-site or multi-site surgical practice
• Lead and develop administrative and clinical staff through hiring, onboarding, coaching, scheduling, and performance management
• Ensure appropriate staffing coverage and coordinate solutions for staffing and operational challenges
• Monitor practice performance metrics and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and service delivery
• Partner with physicians and leadership to support strategic initiatives, operational goals, and budget planning
• Oversee payroll processes, support revenue cycle activities, and ensure compliance with HIPAA and training standards
• Serve as a key member of the leadership team providing operational support and cross-coverage as needed
