Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current CNA/LNA certification required.
• BLS certification required.
• 1 year of medical clerical or hospital experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine patient care to promote comfort and support the patient plan of care.
• Collect patient data including vital signs and input/output; document in records.
• Report abnormalities and changes to licensed professionals; ensure continuity of care through clear communication.
