Job summary

Banner Health’s Neuro PCU in Mesa, Arizona is seeking a dedicated PCA to join a team devoted to excellent patient care on a diverse floor.

This DAY shift role offers three 12-hour shifts, rotating weekends and holidays, with a $3,000 sign-on bonus for licensed CNA or LNA candidates, and competitive shift differentials.

You’ll support daily living activities, assist with data collection, document in EMR, and help maintain unit operations under supervision.

Qualifications
