Job summary

Qualifications

• EDUCATION - Grad of an Accredited Program
• EXPERIENCE - Less than 1 Year of Experience
• CERTIFICATION/LICENSE/REGISTRATION - Current Texas PA license; BLS within 30 days of hire

Responsibilities

• Assesses the physical and mental condition of patients and obtains medical histories.
• Orders, interprets, and evaluates labs and tests to assess patient needs.
• Prescribes or recommends treatments and performs procedures per scope of practice.
• Formulates and implements patient treatment plans in collaboration with physicians.
• Counsels patients and families about medical processes, medications, and health promotion.
