Biocomposites is seeking a Product Specialist to drive compliant sales growth across core specialties in the Madison, WI region. You will motivate and train distributor reps, engage surgeons and peri‑operative teams, and travel regularly to target hospitals to promote correct product use and adoption.

The role requires 3–5 years of medical or B2B sales experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–5 years of medical or B2B sales experience.
• Willingness to travel and relocate within territory.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to train distributors and surgeons.

Responsabilités

• Achieve sales revenue targets in assigned territory hospitals.
• Drive adoption in existing accounts and new users through direct sales and distributor support.
• Educate, train and provide ongoing product in‑services to distributor reps and hospital staff.
• Travel to target hospitals to engage with surgeons and peri‑operative teams.
• Routinely update CRM records and use data for territory planning and optimization.
