Job summary

Biocomposites is seeking a Product Specialist to drive compliant sales growth across orthopedics, trauma, spine and foot/ankle in priority accounts. The role involves training distributors, engaging surgeons and perioperative staff, and traveling to target hospitals to promote correct product use and adoption.

The candidate should have 3–5 years of medical or B2B sales experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage territory resources. A valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales revenue targets by product and specialty in assigned territory hospitals.
• Drive adoption in existing accounts and new users through targeted surgeons and distributors.
• Provide product training and education to distributor sales teams and hospital staff.
• Routinely update distributor network on market conditions and product innovations.
