Job summary

Biocomposites, a global medical devices company, seeks a Product Specialist to drive compliant sales growth across joint reconstruction, trauma, spine, and foot and ankle in priority accounts. You will train distributors, select hospitals and surgeons, and provide hands‑on in‑field support to promote correct product use.

Travel to target hospitals is required to support surgeons and peri‑operative teams. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of medical device or B2B sales

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–5 years in medical device or B2B sales.
• Ability to travel regionally and educate clinical staff.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales revenue targets in assigned territory hospitals.
• Drive adoption in existing accounts and new users through surgeons and distributors.
• Provide product training and in-services to hospital staff.
• Maintain CRM data and assist with territory planning.
• travel to US headquarters and customer sites as needed.
