Biocomposites seeks a Product Specialist to drive compliant sales growth across joint reconstruction, trauma, spine, and foot-and-ankle in priority hospitals, educating distributors and surgeons.

You will travel to hospitals, provide in-field training, gather feedback for product development, and work with the Region Sales Director to achieve quarterly objectives and expand market adoption.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years of medical or B2B sales experience.
• Ability to present technical information clearly.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Willingness to travel within geography and to US HQ.
• Resides within or willing to relocate to the geographical territory.

Responsabilidades

• Drive compliant sales growth across core specialties in priority accounts.
• Educate and support distributor sales reps; provide product training.
• Travel to target hospitals to engage with surgeons and OR staff.
• Develop territory plans and meet quarterly MBOs.
• Maintain CRM records and participate in trainings.
