Job summary

Biocomposites seeks a Product Specialist to drive compliant sales growth across core specialties, engaging with surgeon targets and distributor teams. You will train and support hospital staff, demonstrate OR product competency, and travel to target facilities to promote adoption and correct use.

The role reports to the Region Sales Director and requires medical device sales experience, strong presentation skills, and the ability to work across diverse teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and located in or willing to relocate to the territory.
• 3–5 years of documented medical or B2B sales success.
• Ability to present technical information clearly to surgeons and staff.
• Proven ability to influence decision makers and manage relationships.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales revenue targets in assigned territory and specialties.
• Drive adoption in existing accounts and educate distributors and surgeons.
• Provide in-field sales support, product training, and clinical education.
• Travel regularly to target hospitals and manage territory planning using data.
• Maintain CRM records, prepare reports, and ensure compliant messaging.
• Identify new distribution partners and support market development.
