Job summary

Biocomposites is seeking a Sales Specialist to drive compliant sales growth across core specialties in the US territory. You will train distributor reps, target surgeons and hospitals, and provide in-field support with product knowledge and clinical guidance.

Travel within the geography is required. A bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of medical or B2B sales experience are preferred, with willingness to relocate to the territory and travel to Wilmington, NC as needed.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of documented medical or B2B sales success.
• Demonstrated ability to present technical information to diverse audiences.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales revenue targets by product and specialty in assigned territory hospitals.
• Drive adoption in existing accounts and new users by selling to surgeons and educating distributors.
• Provide ongoing product training and education to distributor reps and hospital staff.
• Travel within geography and to US headquarters as needed for meetings and training.
