Job summary

Biocomposites is seeking a Product Specialist to drive compliant sales growth across core specialties in priority accounts in the USA. You will educate distributors and surgeons, provide hands-on product training, and support hospital adoption in collaboration with regional leadership.

Travel to target hospitals, engage with surgeons and peri-operative teams, and maintain strong product knowledge to address competitive threats while building long-term relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–5 years medical or B2B sales experience.
• Ability to travel domestically and engage clinicians.
• Proven ability to influence hospital purchasing decisions.

Responsibilities

• Achieve revenue targets in assigned territory hospitals.
• Sell through distributors and directly to surgeons where needed.
• Provide product training and clinical education to staff.
• Maintain CRM records and report quarterly objectives.
• Travel to US HQ for meetings as required.
