Job summary

Cardinal Health, Inc. is seeking a Sales Representative for OR Products in Louisville, KY. This role drives revenue through consultative selling of the OR product portfolio, including packs, gloves, drapes, gowns, and related solutions, with a focus on new business and expanding existing accounts.

The position reports to the Region Sales Director, Specialty Products and requires strong relationship-building, product mastery, and ability to travel domestically. Night shifts may occur as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience preferred.
• Two years of documented outside sales success in a competitive environment preferred.
• Experience working in a hospital or clinical setting preferred.
• Ability to travel domestically, including overnight stays, often up to a week.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategies to achieve sales goals across assigned product categories and geography.
• Build consultative relationships with clinicians, supply chain partners, and end users.
• Collaborate with account executives to drive revenue within the overall account strategy.
• Present proposals, negotiate pricing, and differentiate product offerings.
• Maintain territory plans, reports, and Salesforce records timely and accurately.
• Develop mastery of products and sales applications; complete administrative tasks.
