Cardinal Health is seeking a Sales Representative for OR Products in the Dallas territory. You will drive revenue by leveraging product knowledge, solutions, and clinical insights to hospital customers, while maintaining relationships with clinicians, supply chain partners, and GPOs.

This role reports to the Region Sales Director, Specialty Products and requires travel within the region, including occasional night shifts. A strong background in outside sales and healthcare is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience preferred.
• Two years of outside sales success in a competitive environment preferred.
• Experience in hospital or clinical setting preferred.
• Ability to understand complex contracting and build business cases.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Drive sales strategies to meet goals across assigned product categories and geography.
• Build consultative relationships with clinicians, supply chain partners, end users and GPOs.
• Collaborate with account executives to drive revenue and achieve targets.
• Present proposals, negotiate pricing, and differentiate product offerings.
• Complete administrative duties and maintain required activity levels.
