Job summary

Cardinal Health in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Sales Representative for OR Products. You will drive revenue by promoting Presource packs, gloves, drapes, gowns, and other surgical products to acute care hospitals using a solution-based approach.

You will build consultative relationships with clinicians, supply chain partners, and GPOs, collaborate with regional account teams, and manage territory plans to meet quarterly targets. Domestic travel will be frequent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience preferred.
• Two years of documented outside sales success preferred.
• Experience working in hospital or clinical settings preferred.
• Ability to travel domestically with overnight stays often.
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategies to achieve sales goals across assigned geography.
• Build consultative relationships with clinicians, supply chain partners, end users and GPOs.
• Collaborate with regionally aligned account executives to drive revenue within the account strategy.
• Identify and execute effective sales strategies to maintain and grow the business.
• Develop mastery of all products and sales applications and present proposals.
• Complete administrative requirements and maintain required activity levels.
