Cardinal Health, Inc. in the Indianapolis area is seeking a Sales Representative for OR Products.

The role focuses on growing revenue by promoting the OR product portfolio, including Presource packs, surgical gloves, drapes, gowns and related items, through solution-based selling to acute care hospitals. Responsibilities include building clinical relationships, collaborating with regional account teams, managing opportunities, and achieving monthly and quarterly targets.

Qualifications

• Two years of outside sales success in a hospital or clinical setting preferred.
• Experience selling medical/surgical products is preferred.
• Ability to understand complex contracting and build financial justifications.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with sales tools (e.g., CRM).
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategies to achieve sales goals across assigned product categories in the territory.
• Build consultative relationships with clinicians, supply chain partners, end users and GPOs.
• Collaborate with regional account executives to drive revenue and achieve targets.
• Identify and execute effective sales strategies to grow the base and close opportunities.
• Develop mastery of all products and sales applications and present proposals.
