The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree or 6 years of clinical experience, with sales or marketing experience preferred. Travel up to 30% is expected; a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Travel flexibility and field-based engagement expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical product support to end users and on-site guidance during procedures.
• Give surgeons and OR staff training and clinical/technical support for navigation tech.
• Establish and maintain relationships with OR and hospital staff.
• Prepare pre-operative scans and assist in planning and intra-operative guidance.
• Provide prompt, accurate complaint reports per quality system requirements.
• Provide case coverage at accounts and support sales plans.
• Promote clinical benefits and expand product usage with customers.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to improve product communication.
• Obtain purchase orders for products and services used in procedures.
