Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking a Clinical Specialist to provide clinical product support to hospital staff and assist during surgical procedures. You will train surgeons and OR staff on navigation technologies and prepare pre-operative scans to support intra-operative guidance.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or 6+ years of clinical experience, with preferred sales/marketing exposure. Expect travel and potential off-hours to support business needs.

• Preferred: Sales and/or marketing experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical product support to hospital staff during procedures.
• Train surgeons and OR staff on navigation technologies.
• Prepare pre-operative scans and assist in intra-operative planning.
• Provide prompt and accurate complaint reports per the quality system.
• Support development and execution of the sales plan and increase utilization among surgeons.
• Obtain purchase orders and manage case coverage for services.
