Job summary

Stryker Enabling Technologies seeks a Clinical Specialist to provide on-site clinical support for surgical procedures and navigation technologies. You will train surgeons and OR staff, prepare pre-operative scans, and assist in intra-operative guidance to enhance procedural efficiency.

Role includes reporting issues per quality systems, supporting case coverage, and collaborating with Sales/Marketing to expand adoption of navigation technology across accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 6+ years clinical experience required.
• Sales/marketing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical product support to hospital staff and on-site guidance during surgical procedures.
• Train surgeons and OR staff on navigation technologies and associated equipment to improve procedural efficiency.
• Prepare pre-operative scans using proprietary software and assist in intra-operative planning and guidance.
• Provide prompt, accurate complaint reports per quality system and support case coverage at accounts.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to increase product communication and drive adoption at target accounts.
• Obtain purchase orders for products used during procedures and track related service orders.
