Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Clinical Specialist to provide clinical product support for hospital staff and to guide surgical procedures on-site. You will train surgeons and OR teams on navigation technologies, prepare pre-operative scans, and assist in planning and real-time guidance during operations.

You will report to the Enabling Technologies team and may handle case coverage, develop sales plans, and promote clinical benefits while building strong relationships with key surgeons.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree OR 6+ years clinical experience.
• Sales and/or marketing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical product support to hospital staff and on-site guidance during surgical procedures.
• Train surgeons and OR staff on navigation technologies and associated equipment.
• Prepare pre-operative scans and assist in preoperative planning and intra-operative guidance.
• Submit prompt and accurate complaint reports per quality system requirements.
• Provide case coverage at accounts and support development/execution of the sales plan.
• Promote clinical benefits of products and build relationships with surgeons and OR staff at targeted accounts.
• Collaborate with Sales Representatives and Marketing to increase product communication.
• Obtain purchase orders for products used during procedures and track case coverage PO.
