Job summary

Stryker is seeking a field-based clinical/technical specialist to train surgeons and operating room staff on navigation technologies, assist with pre-operative planning, and support intra-operative guidance. The role includes case coverage and active participation in sales initiatives to expand product adoption.

You will collaborate with Sales and Marketing to communicate product performance, file quality reports, and manage orders and accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 6+ years clinical experience.
• Sales and/or marketing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide surgeons and OR staff with training and clinical/technical support for navigation technologies to ensure procedural efficiency.
• Prepare pre-operative scans with proprietary software for use with the Enabling Technologies system and assist in preoperative planning and intra-operative guidance.
• Provide prompt and accurate complaint reports per the Stryker Enabling Technologies quality system.
• Provide case coverage at accounts.
• Support development and execution of the sales plan and grow utilization of navigation technologies by increasing volume with current and potential surgeons.
• Actively sell clinical benefits of the products and build strong relationships with key surgeons and OR staff at targeted accounts.
• Collaborate with Sales Representatives and Marketing to enhance communication around product performance.
• Obtain purchase orders for products consumed during surgical procedures and track service-related orders.

Education
