Job summary

Stryker Group in the United States is seeking a Clinical Specialist to provide on-site clinical product support for hospital staff and assist during surgical procedures using Stryker Enabling Technologies.

You will train surgeons and OR teams, prepare pre-operative scans, manage case coverage, and help grow the use of navigation technologies while building strong relationships with key accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or 6+ years of clinical experience.
• Sales and/or marketing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical product support to hospital staff and on-site guidance during procedures.
• Train surgeons and OR staff in operation of navigation technologies and related equipment.
• Prepare pre-operative scans and assist in planning and intra-operative guidance.
• Submit prompt and accurate complaint reports per quality system requirements.
• Provide case coverage at accounts.
• Support development and execution of the sales plan and grow utilization with surgeons.
• Advocate clinical benefits and build strong relationships with surgeons and OR staff.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to improve product communication.
• Obtain purchase orders for products used in procedures and track coverage orders.
