Job summary

Stryker Enabling Technologies is seeking a Clinical Specialist to provide clinical product support to hospital staff and offer on-site guidance during surgical procedures. The role includes training surgeons and OR staff on navigation technologies and assisting in pre-operative planning and intra-operative guidance.

You will manage case coverage, support sales initiatives, and collaborate with Sales and Marketing to enhance product communications.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or 6+ years clinical experience.
Sales/marketing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide clinical product support to hospital staff and on-site guidance during procedures.
Train surgeons and OR staff on navigation technologies and associated equipment.
Prepare pre-operative scans and assist in planning and intra-operative guidance.
Submit prompt and accurate complaint reports per quality system.
Provide case coverage at accounts and maintain coverage records for services.
Support sales plan development and grow utilization of navigation technologies with surgeons.
Promote clinical benefits and build strong relationships with key surgeons and OR staff.
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to improve communication around product performance.
