Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Clinical Specialist for its Enabling Technologies to provide on-site clinical product support during surgical procedures and to train surgeons and OR staff in navigation technologies and instruments.

Responsibilities include establishing relationships with OR personnel, preparing pre-operative scans, reporting complaints, and aiding in sales plan execution to increase product utilization across target accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or 6 years clinical experience.
• Strong training and clinical/technical support skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with OR staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide surgeons and OR staff with training and clinical/technical support for navigation technologies and instruments.
• Establish and maintain relationships with OR and hospital staff including surgeons and nurses.
• Prepare pre-operative scans for use with Enabling Technologies system and assist in planning and intra-operative guidance.
• Provide prompt and accurate complaint reports per the quality system requirements.
• Provide case coverage at accounts.
• Support the execution of the sales plan and grow utilization of navigation technologies.
• Articulate clinical benefits and build strong relationships with key customers at target accounts.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to improve communication around product performance.
• Obtain purchase orders for products and services used during surgical procedures.
