Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Clinical Specialist for its Enabling Technologies team. You will provide clinical product support to hospital staff and guidance during surgical procedures on-site.

You will train surgeons and OR staff on navigation technologies and assist with pre-operative planning, intra-operative guidance, and case coverage. The role involves collaboration with Sales and Marketing to promote product benefits. This role may require lifting up to 50 pounds and travel to customer sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree OR 6+ years clinical experience.
• Sales and/or marketing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical product support to hospital staff and on-site guidance during surgical procedures.
• Train surgeons and operating room staff on navigation technologies and associated equipment to ensure procedural efficiency.
• Utilize proprietary software to prepare pre-operative scans for use with Enabling Technologies and assist in preoperative planning.
• Provide prompt and accurate complaint reports per the quality system requirements.
• Provide case coverage at accounts.
• Support the development and execution of the sales plan and expand utilization of navigation technologies with current/potential surgeons.
• Actively promote clinical benefits of products and build relationships with surgeons and OR staff at targeted accounts.
• Collaborate with Sales Representatives and Marketing to enhance communication around product performance.
