Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Associate Account Executive to support Ethicon products in the Madison, Green Bay/Appleton, La Crosse, and Wausau, WI territory. You will learn to demonstrate product use to surgeons in operating rooms, drive the sales cycle, and advance toward an Account Executive position.

This role requires a bachelor’s degree, 0–2 years of business experience, and willingness to travel—including overnight trips.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 0 - 2 years business exp.
• The ability to travel as necessary (overnight/weekend) and/or relocate to a territory in WI.
• Valid Driver’s License issued the United States.

Responsibilities

• Expand the sales of Ethicon US, LLC products and convert competitive products per policy.
• Support the aligned Area/Region for all sales-related activities and progress to Account Executive.
• Be trained to demonstrate proper use of products to healthcare providers in operating rooms.
• Execute the selling cycle in a concise, professional, ethical manner to drive action.
• Understand and demonstrate proper preparation and surgical use of Ethicon products.
• Answer customer questions/objections per sales training.
• Conduct sales presentations using current training methods.
• Provide case coverage and assist surgeons via strategic platforms and products in OR.
• Comply with standards and internal policies in all business activities.
