Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking an Associate Account Executive to support surgeons and healthcare professionals across Madison, Green Bay/Appleton, La Crosse, Wausau, and surrounding WI markets. This role focuses on Ethicon surgical technologies and requires a proactive, customer‑centered approach in a fast‑paced OR environment.

You will learn to demonstrate proper use of our products, participate in selling cycles, and develop territory strategies under supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 0–2 years business experience.
• Willing to travel domestically and relocate as needed.
• Valid US driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Expand Ethicon US, LLC product sales in the assigned territory.
• Assist the aligned Area/Region with all sales-related activities and progress to role of Account Executive.
• Train to demonstrate proper use of products to healthcare providers in an operating room setting.
• Execute selling cycles professionally and ethically to drive customer action.
