Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Ethicon in Madison, WI is seeking an Associate Account Executive to support hospital and clinic accounts across a multi-state territory. You will learn to demonstrate surgical products in operating rooms, build provider relationships, and help adoption of Ethicon’s technologies.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 0–2 years of business experience, travel as needed, and commitment to ethical selling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; travel may be necessary.
• Willingness to travel and relocate as needed.
• Driver’s license issued in the United States required.

Responsibilities

• Expand the sales of Ethicon US, LLC products and convert competitive products per policy and sales direction.
• Support to the aligned Area/Region for all sales-related activities; eligible to compete for Account Executive role.
• Demonstrate proper use of our products to healthcare providers in operating rooms.
• Execute the selling cycle concisely, professionally, ethically, and drive customer action.
• Understand and demonstrate proper preparation and surgical use of Ethicon products.
