Job summary

Johnson & Johnson’s Ethicon division seeks an Associate Account Executive to support hospitals in Madison, Green Bay/Appleton, La Crosse and surrounding WI areas. You will promote advanced surgical devices, train clinicians, and drive product adoption in operating rooms.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree, 0–2 years of business experience, and are willing to travel. The role offers a path towards an Account Executive position within a leading healthcare company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 0–2 years business experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel and/or relocate to assigned geography as needed.
• Valid US Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Expand the sales of Ethicon US, LLC products and to convert competitive products in a manner that complies with company policy and sales direction.
• Support to the aligned Area/Region for all sales-related activities, and upon successful completion of duties, will be eligible to compete for role as an Account Executive.
• The AAE will be trained to understand and demonstrate proper use of our products to healthcare providers in an operating room setting.
• Execute the selling cycle in a concise, professional, ethical manner that leads the customer to action.
• Understand and demonstrate proper preparation and surgical use of all Ethicon products.
• Demonstrate the ability to manage customer product questions and objections in line with sales training.
• Conduct sales presentations using current selling methods learned in training courses.
• Case Coverage to assist surgeons through strategic platforms and products in an operating room.
• Comply with Business Conduct Policy, HCC, and other J&J policies and procedures.
