Job summary

Johnson & Johnson’s Ethicon division is seeking an Associate Account Executive to support the Madison WI and surrounding territories including Bloomington IL, Iowa City IA, and Davenport IA. You will help expand sales of surgical products and demonstrate in operating room settings.

You'll train to understand product use, manage the selling cycle, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to drive adoption of advanced, less invasive surgical solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent
• 0–2 years business experience preferred
• Willingness to travel and relocate to assigned geography as needed
• Valid Driver’s License issued in the United States

Responsibilities

• Expand the sales of Ethicon US, LLC products and convert competitors in line with policy and sales direction
• Support the aligned Area/Region for all sales activities; eligible for advancement to Account Executive
• Be trained to demonstrate proper use of products to healthcare providers in operating rooms
• Execute the selling cycle in a concise, professional, and ethical manner to drive customer action
• Understand and demonstrate proper preparation and surgical use of Ethicon products; handle questions and objections

Education

Bachelor’s degree
