Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking an Associate Account Executive to support hospitals in the Madison, Green Bay/Appleton, and other Wisconsin territories. You will drive Ethicon product adoption, engage surgeons, and coordinate with regional teams to advance surgical solutions.

You will participate in hands-on training to demonstrate proper product use in operating rooms, manage customer questions, and lead sales presentations. Travel to assigned geographies is required as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 0–2 years of business experience is required.
• Ability to travel as necessary (overnight/weekend) and/or relocate to an assigned geography.

Responsibilities

• Expand sales of Ethicon US, LLC products and convert competitive products in a compliant manner.
• Support to the aligned Area/Region for all sales activities; may compete for Account Executive role after training.
• Demonstrate proper use of products to healthcare providers in operating rooms.
• Execute the selling cycle professionally and ethically to drive customer action.
