Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Associate Account Executive to support Bloomington IL, Madison WI, Peoria IL and Iowa City & Davenport IA. Travel to Bettendorf IA, Moline IL and Rock Island, IL is required as part of a growing Ethicon sales territory.

The role focuses on Ethicon surgical products, with on-site demonstrations in operating rooms and a pathway to Account Executive through performance and training. A strong candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and some sales experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 0–2 years business exp.
• Willingness to travel and/or relocate as needed.
• Valid Driver’s License issued in the United States.
• Preferred: 2+ years professional experience.
• Experience selling in a new or changed sales channel.
• Ability to work in an operating room environment.

Responsibilities

• Expand the sales of Ethicon US, LLC products and convert competitive products per policy and direction.
• Support the aligned Area/Region for all sales-related activities, with potential progression to Account Executive.
• Learn to demonstrate proper use of products to healthcare providers in operating rooms.
• Execute the selling cycle in a concise, professional, ethical manner that prompts action.
• Assist surgeons through strategic platforms and product lines in the OR.
• Compliance with safety standards and J&J policies in all duties.
