Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Associate Account Executive to support sales activities across Bloomington IL, Madison WI, Peoria IL and Iowa City & Davenport IA. The role involves in-OR product demonstrations, collaboration with field teams, and building relationships with healthcare providers.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree, travel flexibility (potential overnight/weekend trips), and a US driver’s license.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree is required.
Ability to travel as necessary (overnight and/or weekend) and/or relocate to an assigned geography as needed.
Valid Driver’s License issued in the United States

Responsibilities

Expand the sales of Ethicon products and convert competitive products in a manner compliant with company policy and sales direction.
Support the aligned Area/Region for all sales-related activities; potential to compete for the Account Executive role upon successful performance.
AAE will be trained to understand and demonstrate proper use of our products to healthcare providers in an operating room setting.
Execute the selling cycle in a concise, professional, ethical manner that leads the customer to action.
Understand and demonstrate proper preparation and surgical use of all Ethicon products.
Manage customer questions/objections in line with sales training.
Conduct sales presentations using current selling methods learned in training.
Provide case coverage and assist surgeons through strategic platforms and products in the operating room.
Comply with the Business Conduct Policy, HCC, and other J&J policies and procedures.
