Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of an approved Medical Assistant training program.
• Active Medical Assistant certification required (AMT, AAMA, NCCT, or NHA).
• BLS certification required; strong computer skills and EMR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clinicians and nursing staff in patient care and procedures.
• Take vitals, prepare for exams, and document in EMR accurately.
• Handle clerical tasks: scheduling, check-in, referrals, and charting.
• Maintain clean exam rooms and stock supplies; ensure safety practices.
