Job summary

Stryker is seeking a field installation specialist to perform on-site installation, testing, and quality inspection of surgical light suspensions, booms, and video integration systems in hospital facilities nationwide.

The role requires 100% overnight travel, with travel and lodging paid per policy. You will coordinate with sales, project engineering, field service, electricians, and hospital staff to ensure compliant, safe installations.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 0–2 years related technical experience (telecom, video/audio, electrical).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site installation and testing of equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams.
• Maintain records of installations and inventory.
