Job summary

Stryker Group is seeking a field installation specialist responsible for on-site installation, testing, and quality inspection of surgical light suspensions and related systems. You will coordinate with sales, project engineering, project management, field service, electricians, plumbers, general contractors, and perioperative hospital staff to deliver complete installations.

The role requires 100% overnight travel, Monday through Friday, with travel, lodging, and meals covered per policy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s preferred.
• Experience with telecom/video system installation or medical devices is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site installation, testing, and quality inspection of surgical light suspensions and related equipment.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external trades to ensure readiness and compliance.
• Document installation activities and maintain accurate records.
