Job summary

Stryker Corporation seeks an on-site installation specialist to install surgical light suspensions, booms, and video integration systems at customer sites. You will work with sales, project engineering, field service, and external trade teams to ensure readiness and successful project delivery.

Responsibilities include wiring, testing, quality checks, and documentation. Travel is 100% with paid lodging and meals under company policy. Excellent safety and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0–2 years related technical experience or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Confirm site readiness and installable equipment per plan.
• Communicate issues to project team and follow up for resolution.
• Install and test surgical light suspensions, booms, video systems, and cabling per standards.
