Job summary

Stryker is seeking a field installation specialist in the United States to perform on-site installation, testing, and quality checks of surgical light suspensions, booms, and video systems. You will work with sales, project engineering, field service, electricians, and hospital staff to ensure seamless integration and compliance with safety standards.

The role requires 100% overnight travel; travel, lodging, and meals are covered per Stryker policy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Confirm site readiness and install surgical light suspension systems and video integration equipment per design specs.
• Program, test, and inspect video sources and document installation tasks for project sign-off.
• Maintain records, coordinate travel, manage schedules, and provide customer training as needed.
• Ensure safety compliance and adhere to regulatory standards across installations.
