Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech seeks a Surgical Innovation Manager to lead strategic commercial initiatives across a broad Sports Surgical portfolio in the US territory from Boston to New York City. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, drive launches, and guide education programs for surgeons and stakeholders.

The role requires a minimum 7 years in medical device sales or related fields, a Bachelor’s degree, and travel 50–75%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Masters degree is highly preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in medical device, orthopaedics, Sports Surgical sales, marketing, commercial strategy, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional commercial strategy and operating plan for Sports Surgical innovation priorities.
• Coordinate alignment with Area Vice Presidents, Regional Managers, distributors, and partners.
• Own launch readiness and execution for new products and strategic programs.
• Lead evaluations and conversions by establishing account strategies and governance.
• Develop field strategies for professional education and society meetings.
