Qualifications

BA/BS degree or equivalent is required.
MBA is preferred.
Minimum of 4 years of relevant business experience is required.
Minimum 2 years in healthcare/medical device marketing, sales, finance, or other commercial experience is required.
Orthopedic experience is preferred.
Demonstrated leadership through influencing and change management is required.
Experience in a matrixed organization with enterprise mindset is preferred.
Strong understanding of customer trends and business intelligence is preferred.
Excellent analytical and communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

Develop strong relationships with internal cross-functional partners to provide on-site support and drive CRM activation.
Achieve annual sales, net income, gross profit, inventory and price targets while managing expenses.
Lead and coordinate worldwide product launches, including channel strategy and inventory rollout planning.
Collaborate on multigenerational portfolio plans and partner with Marketing on new product launches.
Provide direction and mentorship to junior team members; interact with external partners and manage resources.
