Job summary

Baptist Health seeks an RN with strong budgeting and procurement skills to lead Surgery Fiscal & Logistics. The Manager will oversee financial reporting, capital budgets, inventory control and vendor relations, coordinating with OR leadership and hospital operations.

This full-time role requires an active RN license and 5+ years in OR and purchasing/surgery management, with proficiency in data analysis, pricing, and clinical workflows.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• Minimum 5 years OR experience required.
• Minimum 5 years Purchasing or Surgery experience (management level).
• Vendor knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial reports and budgets for surgery and fiscal logistics.
• Coordinate inventory management and supply distribution across the facility.
• Maintain vendor relationships and support competitive pricing and new technology.
• Generate monthly variance and budget reports and ensure system use and cost reductions.
