Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed RN with BSN is required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
• Experience leading Surgical Services or OR nursing teams is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 operational and clinical leadership for the Main Operating Room.
• Ensure delivery of safe, efficient, patient-centered care.
• Build, mentor, and develop a highly engaged nursing team.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and evaluate nursing staff for professional growth.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to achieve goals.
• Monitor quality metrics and drive performance improvement.
