Baptist Health Brookwood Hospital is seeking an Assistant Nurse Operations Manager (ANOM) to lead surgical services with strong operational oversight. This full-time role drives quality patient care, staffing, budgeting and change management within the OR and nursing leadership team.

Ideal candidates hold a BSN, Alabama RN licensure (or NLC), BLS, and leadership certification within 2 years, plus 2+ years RN acute care and 1 year leadership experience.

Qualifications

• BSN degree required.
• Current RN licensure in Alabama or Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC).
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• ANCC or AONL leadership certification within 2 years.
• Minimum 2 years as RN in acute care and 1 year leadership.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates environment and recommends quality, safe patient flow and compliant care.
• Plans, leads, and directs delivery of patient care to achieve outcomes.
