Job summary

The Stryker Group seeks a clinical surgical support specialist to manage operating room equipment before, during, and after procedures. You will collaborate with surgeons, OR staff, central processing, biomedical and related teams to ensure equipment readiness and performance.

Requires OR experience, strong communication and troubleshooting skills, and ability to document data metrics monthly across shifts, including potential on-call coverage and overnight travel.

Qualifications

• Operating Room experience and knowledge of anatomy, procedures and techniques.
• Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues quickly in high-stress situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical surgical support by managing all relevant equipment.
• Anticipate device needs of OR staff and surgeon during procedures.
• Troubleshoot and maintain Stryker equipment and related devices.
• Record and report data metrics monthly.
• Maintain up-to-date account information and vendor credentialing.
