Job summary

Stryker is seeking an OnSite/OR Liaison role in the United States to support surgical procedures by managing and maintaining critical equipment. You will collaborate with surgeons, OR staff, SPD, and biomedical teams to ensure optimal instrument readiness.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, data reporting, and coverage across shifts, including on-call and overnight travel as needed. Strong OR experience and CRCST certification within 6 months are preferred.

Qualifications

• Operating room experience and knowledge of anatomy, procedures, and techniques.
• Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot under high-stress conditions and provide coverage across shifts.

Responsibilities

• Manage surgical equipment and provide clinical support during procedures.
• Anticipate device needs for OR staff and surgeon during surgeries.
• Troubleshoot and maintain Stryker equipment and related devices.
• Coordinate with surgeons, OR staff, SPD, biomedical, and others.
• Maintain equipment knowledge via Stryker training and updates.
• Record and report data metrics, ensuring accurate account information.
