Qualifications

• High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience; or Associate's/Bachelor's with 2 years; or 7 years of applicable experience.
• 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage surgical data entry and analytics across multiple specialties to drive clinical quality and service line performance.
• Partner with Director of Surgical Services and Hospital Administrator to deliver accurate reporting on surgery statistics and operational metrics.
• Audit surgical records and database inputs to ensure precise data capture, revenue integrity and regulatory compliance.
• Provide exceptional administrative and customer service support to clinical teams, surgeons and department leadership.
