Qualifications

• Master's degree in Public Health with a focus on epidemiology or biostatistics.
• 5+ years of data management and statistical analysis experience.
• 2 years of regulatory metrics reporting.
• 3 years using statistical software such as SAS, R, or Python.
• 3 years of SQL for database queries.

Responsibilities

• Track data requests, coordinate work assignments, implement data quality assurance strategies, document data processes, and maintain a Quality metrics portfolio.
• Lead data collection, analysis for Quality and Performance Improvement initiatives.
• Serve as SME on survey design and sampling methodology.
• Coordinate Quality Committee agenda and run of show.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret program evaluation or data report requirements.
• Use scripting languages to manipulate datasets and prepare data for analysis.
