You will partner with the Director of Surgical Services and Hospital Administrator to provide actionable insights on surgery statistics and operational metrics, while auditing records for compliance and revenue integrity.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's/Bachelor's with 2 years experience OR 7 years related experience.
• 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage surgical data entry and analytics across specialties to drive clinical quality and service line performance.
• Partner with the Director of Surgical Services and Hospital Administrator to deliver reporting on surgery statistics and operational metrics.
• Audit surgical records and database inputs to ensure precise data capture, revenue integrity and regulatory compliance.
• Deliver exceptional administrative and customer service support to clinical teams, surgeons and department leadership to maintain seamless surgical operations.
