Job summary

Vizient is seeking a healthcare analytics professional to translate analytics, research, and industry trends into actionable insights that help clients anticipate change and improve strategic decision-making.

You will collaborate with cross-functional subject matter experts to develop innovative analytics, evaluate surgery service line performance, and deliver data-driven recommendations through research, presentations, and client engagements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant analytics experience required.
• Advanced proficiency with analytics and data visualization tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau) and AI technologies.
• Knowledge of healthcare supplier and/or life sciences perspectives.
• Experience in health system planning, surgery service line, or healthcare analytics.
• Strong research, analytical, written and presentation skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Synthesize findings into service line insights for updates to analytics tools.
• Identify strategic issues and develop analytical solutions for clients.

• Analyze large healthcare data sets to develop cross-service line analytics solutions.

• Leverage industry knowledge and emerging technologies, including AI, to address client needs.
• Apply critical thinking to solve complex healthcare challenges.
