Ascension in Austin, TX, seeks an experienced OR Nurse Supervisor to lead Licensed Registered Nurse teams, coordinate staffing and patient assignments, and drive safe, high-quality care across shifts. The role partners with leadership to promote clinical excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement.

You will foster a positive team culture, manage daily workflow, and address equipment and supply needs while aligning with safety and patient satisfaction goals.

Qualifications

• RN license required (Texas Board of Nursing)
• ACLS within 6 months of hire
• BLS within 30 days of hire
• PALS preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead OR RN team operations, coordinating staffing and workflow
• Assess patient care needs and coordinate direct patient care assignments
• Provide leadership, coaching, and performance feedback to nursing staff
• Ensure daily service line needs are met and support equipment/supply needs
