Job summary

Hologic, Inc. is seeking a Surgical Clinical Account Manager for Kansas City to drive year-on-year growth in our GYN Surgical portfolio, including NovaSure and MyoSure.

You will build strategic plans, manage sales funnels, and develop trusted advisory relationships with key decision makers across multiple accounts. You will educate surgeons and nurses on NovaSure and MyoSure technologies, collaborate with diverse teams, and travel regionally to support clinical and sales objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, biomedical, business or marketing discipline.
• 1–2+ years of medical sales experience; disease experience is a plus.
• Must have a valid driving license and reliable vehicle.
• Willingness to travel to regional accounts and medical conventions, including overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic business plans to maximize market share and forecast sales.
• Build and manage sales funnels; analyze data and provide accurate forecasts.
• Forge long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers as trusted advisors.
• Provide clinical expertise in the surgical space to support physicians and clinicians.
• Educate surgeons and nurses on NovaSure and MyoSure technologies.
• Collaborate with clinical, sales, service, technology and national accounts teams.
